Analyst Turner said pre-open indications have run for more than 90 minutes but
the actual market open for SpaceX may still take several hours. Delayed starts
are common for high-demand IPOs — last month Nasdaq-listed AI chipmaker and
data-center operator Cerebras began trading around 1:00 p.m. NY time, nearly
three hours after its first trade indications. SpaceX’s indicative opening price
has drifted down to about $150, but remains more than 10% above the $135 IPO
issue price.
