The Missouri State Highway Patrol said a small plane crashed in Butler, Missouri, at about 11:35 a.m. local time on June 14, killing all 12 on board. The P750, carrying 11 parachutists and one pilot, had just departed Butler Memorial Airport. The U.S. National Transportation Safety Board will lead the investigation and provide updates.
