Leaders of the UK, France, Germany and Italy said in a joint statement they are prepared to cooperate with the US, Iran and the IAEA.

Russian drones and missiles struck Ukrainian cities, including Kyiv, early on Monday, hours after Putin and Trump spoke by phone. Kyiv's mayor said apartment blocks in multiple districts caught fire from "enemy" strikes and the central Pechersk Lavra monastery was hit; about 140,000 households lost power. Ukraine's second-largest city Kharkiv, the central city Dnipro and locations in Crimea were also struck.
