Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs monitoring: on June 15 China Agricultural Products Wholesale Price 200 Index was 113.13, down 0.40 points vs last Friday; the vegetable-basket wholesale price index was 113.12, down 0.52 points. As of 14:00, national wholesale pork averaged 14.59 yuan/kg, up 0.2% vs last Friday.

Guangzhou meteorological bureau reported that at about 15:30 on June 15 Yuexiu and Tianhe districts recorded roughly 40mm of heavy rainfall. Thunderstorm clusters are expected to persist for the next two hours, with total accumulation of 50–80mm. From 15:38 heavy-rain orange warnings are in effect for Yuexiu and Tianhe. Orange warnings also cover Huangpu, Panyu, Haizhu, Liwan, Nansha and Zengcheng districts; Shitan town in Zengcheng is under a red heavy-rain warning.
