Hong Kong stocks closed higher after an intraday rally faded: the Hang Seng Index rose 0.5% and the Hang Seng Tech Index gained 1.28%, with turnover at HKD 283.35 bln. Recently listed AI names, PCB concept and semiconductor stocks led gains; computer equipment, precious metals and optical-communications sectors also outperformed.
