The Beijing Stock Exchange (BSE) approved its first private-placement corporate bond. Shijiazhuang Transportation Investment Development Group Co. Ltd.'s 2026 non-public offering targeted at professional investors received a 1.0 bln yuan no-objection letter, the exchange's issuance review updates showed. This is the BSE's first non-public corporate bond to obtain a no-objection letter.
