A U.S. federal judge on Monday dismissed a lawsuit by Elon Musk’s XAI accusing OpenAI of stealing trade secrets. U.S. District Judge Rita Lin in San Francisco said XAI failed to prove OpenAI induced former XAI engineer Xuechen Li to misappropriate secrets or that a recruitment demonstration disclosed XAI trade secrets, and that allowing the case to proceed would be "futile." Lin had previously dismissed an earlier version of the complaint in February.

Iranian media reported on the 15th that Iran's Supreme National Security Council, in a statement in the early hours, formally confirmed an Iran-US ceasefire memorandum of understanding.
