Iran Foreign Ministry spokesperson Baghaei said on the 15th that details of an
Iran‑US ceasefire memorandum will be published shortly and that the signing
method and related mechanisms will be decided within a day. He said unfreezing
Iran's frozen assets and securing war reparations are the memorandum's two
economic priorities and that the US has committed to implement them. Under the
memorandum the US is required to lift all primary and secondary sanctions,
relevant UN Security Council resolutions and IAEA‑related measures; nuclear and
economic specifics will be finalised within 60 days of signing the final
agreement. Baghaei said that with the memorandum's signing on the 19th, all
sales restrictions on Iranian crude, oil products and petrochemicals would be
lifted immediately.
