Equatorial Guinea Vice-President Mangue said on social media on the evening of
the 16th that Prime Minister Manuel Osa Nsue Nsua submitted a collective
resignation of all cabinet members to the president that day. Mangue said a
review found the government's completion rate of its set targets was "barely
10%". He said the state had committed substantial human, material and financial
resources to meet public needs but execution fell well short of expectations and
promises, and called for a more dynamic, efficient and people-focused
administration.
