Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology issued Measures
to support industrial firms' quality and efficiency improvement, urging
industrial companies to deepen cooperation with industrial-internet platforms
and AI model firms to accelerate platformized design, intelligent production,
networked collaboration and digital management. The measures direct optimization
of compute-resource deployment and expansion of inclusive compute services to
ease firms' access to compute, application deployment and capability building.
They explicitly support enterprises purchasing and consuming tokens for AI
applications and say eligible firms will receive funding support calibrated to
actual token usage.
