CNN reported US Vice President Vance said Washington is pressing Pakistan and Qatar to permit publication of the US‑Iran memorandum of understanding text later today, saying Americans want to see the agreement. He said Pakistan and Qatar have asked the US to withhold the text temporarily and that it would be released by Friday at the latest. "We are actually pushing them to publish today," Vance said, adding the delay reflects requests from Qatar and Pakistan to follow certain "diplomatic procedures," which he does not fully understand.
