China's State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) today revised and
published three national standards covering bicycles: General Technical
Requirements, Assembly Requirements, and Technical Requirements for Bicycle
Testing Equipment and Instruments. The standards set systematic rules on
technical performance, assembly processes and testing devices, aimed at raising
China bicycle product quality and providing standards support for high-quality
industry development.
