China Development Bank has disbursed 213.3 bln yuan in technology renovation and
equipment-upgrade loans as of end-May, targeting industrial, energy/power,
transport and logistics sectors. The lending covered 366 firms and 507 projects;
roughly 70% funded traditional-sector upgrades toward smart, green, higher-end
and integrated transformation. CDB said it leveraged long-term funding and
coordinated ministry project lists to prioritise large-scale equipment renewal.
