An Action Plan issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and
six other ministries calls for high-quality development and interconnection of
compute infrastructure, promoting the opening, pooling and networked
interconnection of compute resources. It directs platform companies to connect
distributed compute resources and management platforms to improve allocation
efficiency and to accelerate construction of a national integrated compute
monitoring and dispatch service platform. The plan also instructs platform firms
to expand token-based inclusive services and optimize AI-agent services for
common SME needs to lower SMEs’ access and application thresholds.
