The CSRC International Cooperation Department issued a filing notice for Luxshare Precision Industry Co., Ltd.'s overseas issuance and listing. The company proposes to issue up to 440,993,700 overseas ordinary shares for listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX).
