Bruna Skarica at MORGAN STANLEY says that despite rising odds of further Fed
hikes, the Bank of England is expected to keep its policy rate at 3.75% for the
next few months. Thursday's UK jobs data showed a fragile labour market,
reducing the BoE's need to raise rates to fight inflation. Skarica adds the BoE
can retain a tightening bias while keeping rates unchanged in the near term.
