On June 19, ZELENSKIY said Ukraine and Russia talks may resume but the specific format remains to be agreed. He said any negotiations must include a third-party partner, outlined Ukraine’s core demands including post-war security guarantees and EU accession, and said Kyiv would allow Moscow to determine the precise negotiating format. Russia has not responded.
