The site comprises three residential and two commercial-service plots, with total construction land of 130,259.1 sqm and planned gross floor area of 311,137.29 sqm. The project must include at least 20,000 sqm of multi-format retail and, within three years of completion, introduce at least two national first stores and at least five Southwest- or Chengdu-first stores.
