China National Nuclear Power’s Tianwan nuclear base in Lianyungang, Jiangsu has delivered cumulative on-grid generation exceeding 500 billion kWh, saving the equivalent of more than 150 mln tonnes of standard coal and cutting CO2 emissions by over 400 mln tonnes.
