On June 24, Beijing mayor Yin Yong met PwC’s global chair. Yin encouraged PwC to
continue serving as a bridge, using its professional services to help global
firms enter Beijing and Beijing firms expand overseas, and to share global
industry and urban-governance expertise to support Beijing’s high-quality
development. Beijing said it will continue to expand high-level opening-up,
build a world-class business environment, and refine its "service package" and
"service concierge" mechanisms to improve conditions for companies operating in
the city.
