Hong Kong-listed insurance stocks fell: ZhongAn Online (06060.HK), China Taiping (00966.HK), China P&C Insurance (02328.HK) and Ping An (02318.HK) dropped more than 3%, while AIA (01299.HK) and China Life (02628.HK) fell over 2%.

SenseTime told shareholders that since launching its RiriXin large-model enterprise Token Plan in May 2026, monthly enterprise Token usage has risen sevenfold. Its desktop AI agent Raccoon now serves 20 million users and more than 10,000 corporate clients, with WAU of 2.1 million. AI content-creation platform Seko counts over 800,000 individual creators (4x YoY) and more than 1,300 enterprise customers.

Chongqing Development and Reform Commission has published a draft Notice on Improving Full‑Lifecycle Services for Foreign Investment Projects for public comment. The draft pledges to protect foreign investors’ lawful rights, advance municipal foreign‑investment legislation, and strictly apply pre‑establishment national treatment plus the negative list, banning entry restrictions targeted at foreign capital. It calls for continued special inspections to root out implicit barriers, opens complaint channels, and promises strict enforcement against differential treatment, hidden thresholds and selective law enforcement. The draft also guarantees equal participation by foreign firms in government procurement and requires soliciting foreign‑invested enterprises’ views when drafting policies on using foreign capital.
