Wuhan municipal data bureau director Wang Shuo said at a briefing the city will
roll out a revised compute-voucher policy totaling 100 mln yuan, eligible to
universities, research institutes, companies and individual entrepreneurs based
in OPC communities. The initiative is part of a '965' industry framework plan to
develop 100 data-flow use cases. Wuhan will also upgrade its public compute
service platform to enable tokenized services, aiming to let more individuals
and firms access compute like water or electricity.
