Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on June 26 the U.S. cannot be considered 'absolutely neutral' on the Russia-Ukraine conflict, citing continued large deliveries of weapons, equipment and other technical support to Ukraine and a shift from 'pseudo-grant' assistance to paid sales. He said Moscow nevertheless welcomes U.S. statements expressing willingness to help facilitate a peaceful settlement.
