Comcast (CMCSA.O): After the spin-off, Comcast will hold shares in both Comcast and NBCUniversal and will retain up to 19.9% of NBCUniversal for one year.

The National Bureau of Statistics said China’s cultural and related industries generated RMB20.83 trillion in operating revenue in 2025, up 8.8% YoY. Cultural services led the expansion with RMB12.31 trillion (+12.8% YoY), accounting for 59.1% of total cultural revenue (up 2.1 ppt) and contributing 82.7% of the sector’s revenue growth. Cultural manufacturing posted RMB4.99 trillion (+0.6% YoY) and cultural wholesale and retail RMB3.53 trillion (+8.0% YoY).

The Israel Defense Forces said on June 29 that, in response to Hezbollah breaches of a ceasefire, it struck three Hezbollah command centres in southern Lebanon on June 28. The IDF said Hezbollah had repeatedly attacked Israeli soldiers inside the security zone; the strikes hit sites in the Nabatieh and Mayfadoun areas, and earlier on June 28 the IDF destroyed a Hezbollah rocket-launching apparatus it said had been used repeatedly to target frontline troops.
