June 22–26 in Beijing, negotiators held the 15th round of second-stage talks on
the China–South Korea free trade agreement. Delegations made positive progress
on cross-border services, financial services and negative-list market access.
Both sides agreed to complete the second-stage negotiations at an early date and
to further open services and investment to deliver tangible benefits for firms
and citizens.
