Toshiba Electronic Devices & Storage Corp said it has launched an 80V N-channel power MOSFET, model TPM1R408RH, built on its latest-generation U-MOS11-H process. The device targets switching power supplies for industrial equipment, including AI data centers and communications base stations, and begins shipping immediately.

Total turnover on the Shanghai and Shenzhen markets was CNY3.274 trillion on June 30, down CNY243.995 billion from the prior day.
