Brazil's finance minister said the government is willing to renegotiate
agricultural debt but will not accept a blanket, one-size-fits-all restructuring
that covers all groups, particularly programs that include recipients without
genuine need. He stressed agricultural debt restructuring is not linked to oil
export taxes.
