China Index Academy said 100 major developers purchased CNY 336.0 bln of land in 1H2026, down 33.7% YoY; the decline narrowed 6.8 ppt from the prior month. On a full-caliber basis, aggregate newly added saleable value for the 100 firms fell 33.4% YoY in 1H2026, a smaller drop than Jan–May, driven by hot core-city land auctions in June; Yuexiu Property, CHINA RES LAND and Poly Developments ranked top three in June land purchases.
