【股指期貨早盤收盤】滬深300股指期貨（IF）主力合約漲0.63%，上證50股指期貨（IH）主力合約漲1.00%，中證500股指期貨（IC）主力合約漲0.97%，中證1000股指期貨（IM）主力合約漲1.36%。

Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development reported June online contract registrations for resale homes at 16,618 units, a five-year high and up 9.77% YoY. June's monthly registrations have led the comparable five-year period for three consecutive months. Q2 resale registrations reached a five-year peak, and 1H total registrations totaled 93,583 units, second only to 2021, keeping market activity elevated.
