AMD announced the Versal Premium Gen2 MoP adaptive SoC, its first Versal product to use a package‑integrated memory architecture. The device integrates up to 32GB of LPDDR5X across up to four die, rated to 9,000 MT/s and delivering up to 288GB/s bandwidth. AMD says the MoP design reduces board area versus discrete LPDDR5X by more than 60%, provides up to 10x compute improvement and supports a product lifecycle exceeding 15 years.
