US Vice President Vance told Fox News in a Tuesday interview that the US holds the upper hand in Middle East negotiations. He said that regardless of the outcome of Doha talks, the Trump administration has achieved its "core task" on Iran — ensuring Iran can never obtain nuclear weapons. He added that if Iran does not comply or make the required concessions, its nuclear program would be destroyed and its conventional forces weakened, and the US would remain in a stronger position relative to Iran.
