On July 1 at an investor event, Xianfeng Jingke disclosed it initiated an internal 2025 R&D project to develop precision components for semiconductor lithography equipment; process development is complete and dimensional verification of trial parts is underway. The company said it will use employee share ownership and equity incentives at an appropriate time to retain and align key managers and R&D staff with shareholders.
