Kuwait Arab Economic Development Foundation on the 5th announced a $100 million Kuwait Emergency Response Fund to create an institutional emergency-financing mechanism, bolster national crisis-response capacity and finance post-crisis social recovery and infrastructure reconstruction. The fund, set up as a dedicated financing window, will mobilize domestic capital to repair infrastructure damaged by spillover from US–Israel–Iran fighting and provide priority project financing per government needs.
