Huicheng Environmental said subsidiary Dongyue Chemical has completed loading
and shipped the first hydrogen‑refined light oil from its 200,000 t/yr mixed
waste‑plastic recycling demonstration plant to a petrochemicals buyer. The
shipment is the first batch after commissioning of the hydrogen dechlorination
unit; the hydrogen‑refined product is marketed as having pronounced low‑carbon
attributes and should help downstream customers meet mandatory recycled‑material
blending and pollution/carbon‑reduction requirements, marking implementation of
the company’s product‑upgrade plan.
