三星第二季度營業利潤同比狂飆 19 倍，主要得益於 AI 數據中心建設對存儲芯片（DRAM/NAND）的強勁拉動，導致目前存儲核心產能實質上仍處於供不應求、量價齊升的硬缺口狀態。 但資本市場對“極爲優秀”的財務報表並不買賬，投資者擔憂的正是潛在的產能過剩與需求見頂風險。一方面，由於前期芯片行業大幅擴產，市場高度警惕美國科技劇透未來可能放緩 AI 基礎設施的資本開支，從而在供給端釋放後導致產能過剩、芯片價格拐頭向下；另一方面，勞動力短缺、電力受限等現實因素可能導致數據中心建設停滯，進一步削弱硬件需求。 因此，儘管當前供給依然緊巴巴，但對未來產能過剩、定價權無法持續的恐懼，纔是讓暴漲的芯片股遭遇獲利了結並引發股市回調的幕後推手。

Marine Le Pen, leader of the National Rally and chair of its parliamentary group in the National Assembly, said on the evening of July 7 she will run in the 2027 presidential election. Le Pen has polled strongly in recent French surveys and has run three times previously, reaching the second round in 2017 and 2022 but losing both to President Emmanuel Macron. Earlier on July 7 the Paris Court of Appeal upheld her conviction for misappropriation of public funds but amended her sentence, restoring her legal eligibility to stand in 2027.
