Rosatom said on the 10th that Russia and an IAEA delegation met in Kaliningrad for the 13th round of talks on safety at the Zaporizhzhia nuclear plant. The delegations were led by Rosatom CEO Likhachev and IAEA Director General Grossi. Likhachev said Ukrainian forces have stepped up strikes on the plant, the adjoining city of Enerhodar and surrounding areas since late April, causing 7 deaths, including one plant employee, and 40 injuries. He urged the IAEA to publicly condemn Kyiv's actions.

SK Hynix's record U.S. listing has spawned a new wave of U.S.-listed leveraged products tied to the stock. Analysts add concentrated single-stock leverage is starting to affect the underlying names; new U.S.-listed leveraged ETPs will expand daily rebalancing flows and could further amplify already elevated volatility.
