Xi'an High‑Tech Zone and South Korea's BOBOO HITECH signed an MOU on July 9 to
establish a semiconductor critical-components repair and manufacturing base.
Total planned investment is CNY150 mln in two phases: Phase I CNY50 mln to lease
about 2,000 sqm of standard factory space for repair and local production of
semiconductor parts such as electrostatic chucks and heating plates; Phase II
adds CNY100 mln to expand capacity.
