Iran's chief negotiator Ghalibaf said the era of unilateral agreements is over, warned parties must honor commitments or face consequences, and said reality is issuing a warning.

The Pentagon on July 10 released 40 UFO-related records — the fourth batch since May at President Trump’s request — including 14 documents, 19 videos, four audio recordings and three images from multiple U.S. agencies (Pentagon, NASA, CIA, FBI, Energy Department). Typhoon Bavi brought heavy rain to parts of China’s eastern coast, prompting the National Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters to activate a level-2 emergency response for Fujian and Zhejiang. The Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Emergency Management have advanced 40 mln yuan of central natural-disaster relief funds to support emergency evacuations, hazard removal, secondary-disaster risk inspections and emergency remediation, and rescue operations in the two provinces.
