On the 12th Oman’s Undersecretary for Administrative and Financial Affairs Khalid summoned Iran’s ambassador and delivered a protest note after drone strikes struck parts of Musandam governorate and central governorates earlier the same day. Oman described the attacks as irresponsible and urged respect for state sovereignty. Omani authorities have not disclosed casualties, damage or the specific targets.
