HKEX disclosure on the 13th shows Henan Jinxing Beer Co.'s prospectus was marked "invalid" after six months with no progress following submission. The company said on the morning of the 13th that the prospectus' invalidation does not mean the IPO has failed and that it is continuing to advance listing preparations according to its planned timetable.
