On July 12 Kingsoft Office said it has completed initial debugging of storage-management optimizations addressing user reports of excessive system-drive (C:) usage, scattered cache-cleaning entry points and inflexible storage paths. A beta has been released to the WPS community for testing and feedback. Changes consolidate disk-usage view, cache-clean and path-modification tools into a unified storage-management page, add one-click redundant-cache cleanup and allow custom paths for software install, backups and cloud cache. The stable, fully tested build is scheduled for phased push to all users by end-July.
