FT reports EU imports of LNG from Russia's Yamal project reached a record 9.89 mln t in 1H2026, up 18% YoY, Kpler data show. NGO Urgewald estimates Europe may have paid up to €6 bln for those cargos. Biggest buyers were France (3.6 mln t), Belgium (2.9 mln t) and Spain (2.7 mln t). Under current EU rules purchases of Russian LNG via short-term contracts are banned, requiring customs to verify imports are covered by long-term contracts; from Jan. 1, 2027 the EU will ban imports of Russian LNG under long-term contracts.

據伊通社（IRNA）報道，伊朗基本農產品價格制定與支持政策理事會批准取消收穫季大米清關禁令，並宣佈：該產品在8月1日至11月底期間的清關限制將不再執行。“收貨季大米清關禁令”指的是伊朗政府爲了保護本國農民利益，在該國大米收穫季節期間，禁止或限制進口大米進入海關、辦理清關手續的臨時性貿易政策。
