MSCI and UBS announced a strategic partnership to improve transparency in the private markets. The parties will expand MSCI’s AI-enabled platform to tackle long-standing issues of fragmented data and limited transparency in private markets. UBS will be an early adopter and will collaborate with MSCI to promote broad industry uptake of the platform and accelerate private-market standardization.
