China's National Bureau of Statistics says in June 2026, among 70 large and
medium-sized cities, month-on-month prices for commodity housing rose in
first-tier cities and fell or were flat in second- and third-tier cities;
year-on-year declines across first-, second- and third-tier cities continued to
narrow. The number of cities reporting MoM increases in new home prices rose
from the prior month.
