Singapore new private-home sales fell to 156 units in June after developers
largely halted new project launches during the school holidays, the Urban
Redevelopment Authority said Wednesday. That compares with 447 units in May and
272 a year earlier, and was the weakest monthly tally since February 2024. Sales
depend heavily on developers' launch schedules; with developers planning to
resume launches this month, new-home sales may rebound.
