It consolidates satellite remote sensing, ground meteorological stations, watershed hydrometric stations and renewable-asset sensors into an integrated forecasting system covering the full basin, all resource elements, multiple time horizons and the generation-dispatch-O&M-trading business chain. The company said the model, trained on massive real-world data and optimized for complex highland scenarios, has substantially upgraded forecasting capability.
