The first was granted at 1.05 yuan per unit of registered capital, totaling 3,596 person‑times; the second at 0.108 yuan per unit, totaling 3,164 person‑times. The company said the plans establish a long‑term incentive and restraint mechanism to motivate R&D and core management, align employee and company long‑term interests, and are expected to have a positive effect on future financial position and operating results.
