It launches an “AI+digital advertising” push using big data and cloud computing, supporting R&D and application of AI‑generated content (AIGC) in ad design, production and performance monitoring. The plan also allows ad firms to rent intelligent or supercomputing resources to run domain‑specific large‑model training and inference, data labeling and data analysis.
