Chinese AI firm SpiritAI showcased an embodied generalist 'brain' and new robots
at the World Artificial Intelligence Conference in Shanghai. On the cognition
layer it staged the first live hardware demos of long-horizon composite
tasks—living-room tidying and desktop organization—using a Moz1 robot running
its in-house Spiritv1.6 model. Moz1 executed single natural-language commands
with autonomous task decomposition, sequential planning and dynamic adjustment.
SpiritAI also unveiled the Moz2 robot, aimed at commercial service deployments
(supermarkets, hospitality, office buildings), distinguishing it from Moz1’s
industrial focus.
