The CSRC has issued a filing notice for Zhongji Xuchuang Co., Ltd.'s planned
offshore offering and listing. The company proposes to issue up to 94,004,350
overseas ordinary shares for listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. From the
date of this filing notice until the offshore offering and listing are
completed, the company must report any material events via the CSRC filing
management information system in accordance with rules on domestic issuers'
offshore listings.
